Velvet platform.
Doesn’t that title make you want a pair of velvet platforms? I definitely do now.
Embracing the comeback of velvet was something I was pretty dubious about (since the last time I wore it was when I was around 10 and was into mesh and sequins also), but after seeing it non stop over the past couple of months I believe it’s time to give in and give it a whirl. So I’ve eased myself in slowly with this velvet shift dress I nabbed on eBay for 99p, you just can’t go wrong!
White boots are also an item my wardrobe has been missing for far too long, and thanks to the topshop sale I am now the proud owner of this lovely pair of Astrix boots!
And of course no autumn outfit would be complete without a cozy knit.
